{Project Life Tuesday & A Free Printable}

This week has been crazy busy with deadlines to meet, homeschooling packets to finish up, papers to grade and conferences to prepare for.  I just didn't have an extra 20 minutes to put together a quick layout but I did manage to get together a few pictures of our week.  

We took a trip to IKEA this week and came home about $130 lighter.  We found this table in their "as-is" section for $25.  A steal, for sure!  The second we got it home, my son went right to work putting the chairs together.

Once we had that done, I left the room to get a few things done in the office and heard lots of giggling and chit chatting so I poked my head out to find this. Ava had set up a tea party for Benj and her American Girl dolls, complete with a trash bag tablecloth :) 

Laundry Day!  While Daddy thought it was important to bring Benj. to get the tires changed, I thought it was equally important to teach him how to fold the laundry.  

Another highlight of our week was gearing up for the Superbowl.  I didn't know what I was more excited about; the food, the commercials or the Pat's playing.  The menu consisted of Bratwurst's cooked in beer and chips & guacamole, which we munched on the entire game.   

Okay, so the Patriot's didn't win and my throat was sore from yelling at the t.v. and my kids were bummed because their team didn't win. Amongst it all, I still had one high of the day...

my son falling asleep in my arms.  Not even a Patriot's win could beat that!
